Tim Hortons - Waterloo
Tim Hortons
Description
At this Tim Hortons location, patrons encounter a blend of quick service and occasional frustration. While many staff members are friendly and attentive, issues arise from unprofessional management and confusing lineup organization, especially during busy hours. The menu, filled with similar-looking drinks, could benefit from more variety, and iced coffee lovers may find their beverages overly diluted with ice. Despite these drawbacks, the location's strategic appeal and some commendable customer service experiences suggest potential for improvement. However, unreliable management behavior has left many reconsidering their loyalty, prompting a search for better alternatives nearby.

2.05 for large coffee box 2.07 debit . is updated with debit change. plus very slow when it's not even a ride through?
I checked this place a few years ago, but I want to check it again. I would have rated it four stars, but I didn't. pros take service very fast, double check to ensure that the order is correct, are courteous and friendly. can't be a big enough device. Although it seems that people take out their food from what I have observed. propulsion thru would be useful. also the organization of the lines was initially confusing for me and can be for others if it first time in the facility
Some of the staff are great. But enough are either abrupt rude or flirtatious and creepy that I recommend staying away. There are a few alternatives to Tim's in this area, try to visit those if you can. Location is strategic, I'll give em that.
This is a Tim Hortons location with a frustrating lineup situation, especially during COVID. The queue runs directly through the seating area, making it quite chaotic. Aside from that, it's a decent place. If you're looking to get in and out quickly, it's best to avoid early mornings, as it can get quite busy. Note that there is no drive-thru here.
