Tim Hortons - Waterloo

4 times served not enough hot double double. The sad part is these employees do not even careNow to elaborate the review. It happened twice that they served my kinda room temperature coffee twice. I ordered through drive through so kinda did not even feel like going back and fighting over a few dollar coffee. This time it was Sunday evening, I specially told the lady to give the review to the manager and give me a nice double double and she assured me it will be hot but same thing. I went in today and told the employee about this happening with me 3 times already. Guess what, same thing this time and they were so busy to even assist you. Another cup I left on the counter and left. Have to waste coffee 4 times I dis not even drink

This must be one of the SLOWEST Timmies ever. I ordered through the mobile app and go in and wait by pickup sign. 3 customers come in, order and pickup their drinks and my order still not ready. I had to ask where is my order then and only they start making it.I was under the impression using the mobile app is the most efficient way, I guess I was wrong.

Took 20 minutes and for me to ask 2 times if my order had been started. 2 drinks, soup/sandwich combo. Horrible location, don’t go unless you’re desperate. Anyone giving this place more than 2 stars likely hasn’t stepped foot inside this place.

This Tim's was very clean with good service. The food came out very quickly, and the donuts ? were perfect. Thanks and keep it up ?.

Once again, my order was wrong. I received most of what I ordered and some that I didn't. I also did not receive the correct change. Tim Horton's is a shell of it's former self. Just brutal and disappointing service, food and drinks. I'm never
