Today my name is Karen, I tired of getting half full drinks. I got a hot chocolate, felt how light it was. I could have complained then and there but personally it's not something I should have to do. Just fill it up. I took it home, just shy of250ml in case you're wondering. That's 67% of a pop can. A HALF POP CAN A SIP! If it don't fit in a Grande with the whippedcream then put it in a venti.
