What User doesn't like about Panago Pizza:
My old school uses panago pizza every pizza day Friday and the pizza is terrible. I used to always get the pizza from the previous supplier and then when it got switched to this I stopped getting it right after I tried it. The cheese is so plasticy a gross. View all feedback.
While visiting London on a drizzly night I was craving pizza so ordered from Panago because they were one of the few places that offered Daiya "cheese".
There was a groupon for Panago (buy a $25 dollar gift card for $10), and I checked the trusty yelp only to find, no one has even bothered to add this

To my delight, while driving in London, ON - A MIRACLE happened before my very eyes! A PANAGO Pizza logo on the side of a building in a plaza!!! I almost crashed due to my paying attention to the logo rather than the road! Needless to say, the pizza is STILL fantastic! No matter the province you are in! Hands down, absolute favourite pizza chain in Canada, everything is just a pie in a box! GREAT work Panago! Thank you!
I've been recommended Panago Pizza from a lot of my friends here in London, apparently they have a wood oven which is uncommon here. I went ahead and ordered a large, thin, whole wheat crust pizza with just cheese but instead of regular cheese I had the Daiya cheese because I am lactose intolerant. I was enlightened they offered a dairy free option since only a few in London do. The pizza arrived at my door about 30 minutes later and came to around $22 with the tip. Thats quite high for just one pizza but its the price you pay if you don't have a car and since I order pizza at least once a month, $22 was a slightly higher price then I usually pay. In all honesty my pizza was under cooked and not crispy at all. I ordered a thin crust and it was thin-ish but well undercooked. I think they must have been worried the Daiya cheese would burn. So I popped it into my oven at home for about 7 minutes to crispin it up. The flavour was average, it definitely wasn't cooked in a wood oven though because it didn't have that flavour or aroma. I didn't complain about it because immediately after ordering I received a phone call for $5 my next order from a woman who worked there. That was nice gesture. I'm not sure if I will use it because of my undercooked pizza experience but the delivery man was friendly and it could have just been an off day.
We enjoy Panago and the reasonable price. They seem to value their customers and just last week an employee called our home, not for the 1st time, and said that the next time we ordered we would receive $5.00 off. The flavour is good, not too spicy. They are not cheap with the cheese on the Panago Classic and all of our family love the Tropical Hawaiian; it's a bit of a twist on the standard Hawaiian Pizza. Pizza Hut crust is the absolute best crust of any delivery pizza, but wow it has gotten to be so expensive; Panago was a new one we decided to try and we are glad we did.
