The chicken was incredibly dry and I found it inedible. It took almost 15 minutes for someone to come to our table and take our orders. We requested additional bread (at an extra cost), but they informed us that they had run out. We visited right after the EAT event, so it's disappointing that they weren't prepared. On a positive note, the atmosphere was excellent; the décor was fantastic and we really enjoyed that aspect. However, given everything that happened, I won’t be returning, as there are many other restaurants in the KW region that offer better taste and value.

It’s a great place,... read more The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm, welcoming, and clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive to our inquiries about the dishes. It’s a great place, but the service was a bit slow. I really enjoyed my meal, and I believe everyone in our party did as well. However, I think having more staff on hand would have significantly improved the speed of service. We were a group of 10, which can make timing the meal delivery quite challenging, and yet we still found the wait to be longer than expected. We arrived at noon and didn’t leave until 2 PM, so it felt like a really long time. Despite this, I would definitely go back. - Jason
