They are efficient when preparing phone-in orders and the staff is friendly. The food is just okay and sometimes the rice is dry. We have been here numerous times and find that it's suitable for a meal when the children are not complaining and the prices are reasonable. Overall, it's average. There is a Chinese restaurant in Cambridge that we have visited three times that makes delicious sauces and will only serve chicken balls upon request. This place serves what I would consider to be excellent Chinese food.

I would order again, but perhaps ask them to season or season more before they begin to prepare it. the deep fried pieces chicken balls, egg rolls, won tones were super-nice and crispy and lots of meat in everything. also the open kitchen loved, could observe how they prepared everything.

However, I would have given it a 5-star rating if the service was better when I went to pick up my order. The lady working there was not very friendly, gave no smile or greeting, and seemed impatient when I was trying to find my order number. Other than that, it was a great dining experience.
