Ordered a buffalo sandwich via the drive thru. It was wet and full of fixings, included peppers. Staff got me in and out under 2 mins flats Offered vinegar with my sandwich

This is a regular stopping spot for us when we are running around town. Good food, friendly staff and coupons which always help.

You would think that there isn't a major difference when it comes to big box style restaurants. If you think that, then you obviously haven't been to the Harvey's on King Street North in Waterloo. Attention to detail and exceptional customer service set this place apart - nevermind the fact that their food always tastes fresh right off the grill. Order a buffalo chicken burger - ask for extra sauce - and you'll see why this place is amazing. Then head to the Harvey's on University in Waterloo. And you'll always come back here. Friendly employees...great fun...clean environment. I'm a regular here.

As an alternative to McDonalds it is excellent. Service is prompt, food is good and the people friendly

The hamburgers are freshly grilled and they offer a wide variety of toppings and condiments. The milk shakes are honest, good milk shakes. Both are better than any other fast food place.Everything else is also very good: the fries, onion rings, etc.This is very good, very cheap fast food.
