Harvey's from Waterloo Menu

Harvey's at this particular location did not impress. The French fries were overly salty, and the veggie burgers were cold and unappetizing. Despite a good deal of 2 for $9.99, the overall experience was disappointing. Limited menu options, poor customer service, and lack of basic items like tea contributed to the negative experience. On the bright side, the franchise owner was kind and efficient, offering discounts to forgetful customers. The efficiency of the hard-working staff and the delicious burgers were notable positives in an otherwise lackluster visit.

What User likes about Harvey's:
I had lunch here today and witnessed the franchise owner giving an elderly lady a discounted meal even though she had left her coupon at home. He seems very kind and is great at his job. Whenever I go here I rarely have to wait long in line even though it is quite busy because the employees seem to work very efficiently. Oh and the burger was delicious too! View all feedback.

I love the veggie burger, I've been getting it for years and this location always does a great job.

Fast service, amazing veggie burgers, great deals with coupons. Harvey's is my go to when I'm craving a great burger and onion rings!

This is easily my favourite Harvey's branch in Waterloo Region.

- I LOVE Harvey's, yet this location is NOT recommended.- Short on staff, three people only serving a location that's full of students- No availability of selections that are available at every Harvey's (Ex: No Salads)- Poor customer service, no smiles, no "Hi", no appreciation- Poor design for the garbage containers. Those are probably outdoors ones.
