Coffee Culture Café Eatery - Waterloo

Service isn't great (one of the people working there is not very pleasant at all) and food was very bland. No salt/pepper with an egg sandwich was added, no additional options were provided. I had to clean my own table, and even asking for napkins to do so it was met with some hassle. The environment is nice, that's about it.

So far the best coffee at Kitchener. Carrot cheese cake is amazing. Hey guys, please take serious when people order decaf coffee. Your guys are serving standard coffee as decaf, and it’s not really fun for your customers. ?

Went to the location in downtown Kitchener king st had my 4 year old son he really needed to use the bathroom. The owner seen us heading for the washroom. Ran from behind the counter and closed the door the sign said out of order because of COVID 19. I said my son needs to use the washroom first. I told him you just closed the washroom you’re lying !!! He ran behind the office door. Never will give business to them ever again when I know the washroom was open to ppl by the way is over with it’s been declared by health Canada

Indian lady on the counter goes on full Karen mode as soon as i greet her. She goes and talks to her colleague in Hindi for a few seconds and comes back asking me to show money before ordering. I asked why iwas treated differently. Their excuse was downtown area is dangerous . I left without causing scene. I was profiled racially and i felt so uncomfortable. Stay away from this place black folks. They 're racists and evil people.

I’ve been eating here since I moved to Kitchener 2 years ago and it’s been my favourite spot up until now. Today I was absolutely disgusted. After eating half of my sandwich, the other half’s top fell off and I noticed something moving stuck in the sauce. Out crawls 2 flies. Not only that, the lettuce and tomato were coated in dirt, and some pieces had gone bad. As someone with a lot of anxiety surrounding food, this absolutely ruined my appetite for the day. Never eating at Coffee Culture again unfortunately.
