Chuck's Roadhouse Grill Waterloo

The restaurant would not honor the reservation. Open table. I would not recommend the type of service. It is now on my never back to the list .

While eating a pandemic was quite interesting, they did not allow many customers to be in the restaurant, but they all set us in a row instead of spreading to the restaurant. I had ordered the steak lobster and asked for a baked potato instead of fries they said okay, but when my meal came Pommes were the side. I had asked for my steak to cook medium, but it came hard and did not feel very fresh. Overall, the experience was somewhat disappointing.

The reservation (via Open Table) and then when we showed up told us they had no table available and nothing they could do will not return here

Lobster and Steak for $20. You can't beat it. Beverage prices also good.

Made a reservation but when we got there, they said they were full and we had to wait in our car for them to call us. We waited 15 minutes and then called the restaurant who finally told us to come in. Doesn't make sense to allow you to make reservations if they are not going to honour them.
