TThe food was good, the portions were good for the price paid, the staff were friendly. The time from ordering to getting my food was slightly longer then I would have liked, but it was lunchtime and the while food court was busy. So overall the place is good and I would go again and I would recommend it to others. View all feedback.
What Emmett Kilback doesn't like about Bourbon St. Grill:
Bourbon St. Grill was one of the first places to offer truly tasty food in a mall cafeteria setting. Large portions for slightly more than what I want to pay in fast food. It's much tastier than the standard mall food. View all feedback.
What a dinner, I just get so much time. They made my order wrong, and when I tried to correct it before they put the wrong side on my plate, they put it all through the whole thing and said that that was what I ordered... and then it went on to start the next person's order instead of finishing mine. When I asked why, she just started with me and said I changed my order, and that meant that I was moved to the end of the line. Never back to this place, again and again, used to be a better place than usual. Didn't make it last year.
I ordered 2 combo 3 and a combo 1 and the woman was on the last combo 2, when I said I want rice and she said Vegatebles I just said more rice my husband doesn't just want to shake You come the two meats you have to say that a combo 1 I said no he wants a combo 3 for the 2 meats that she laughs out and continues to agrue with me that I find rude board work and begins
So many types of huh to choose. the burbon is both good and honigh. the beans always taste good and the noodles are actually cooked in the right way. they can ask for a rehearsal of any kind whether they are uncertain and. they have no problem that they try.
The meal was enjoyable, the portions were generous for the price, and the staff were welcoming. The wait time for my food was a bit longer than I would have preferred, but it was during a busy lunch hour in the food court. Overall, I think the restaurant is worth visiting again and I would suggest it to others.
If you stand and ponder about what you might want or not want for a few seconds they'll have a free sample on a toothpick in two seconds flat. The Bourbon chicken is really good and you can get it in a salad. The newly...renovated food court can provide a great casual atmosphere for dining.
