I like the place so I'll give them one more chance but management (Sylvia) should look to rectify this situation. See you next week!

Place was very quiet. I think on a busy day it would have a lot of atmosphere but not so much this day. Decor is very much a brewery, industrial chic and is interesting visually. Lots of craft beer for afficionados. Partner had the beef cheek benny which he said was good. I had the monte cristo sandwich which was bland in spite of the red pepper jelly. The fries were good though and the meal was hot when it arrived. Server was friendly and knowledgeable.

I had the soup of the day, potato and prosciutto - it was very bland. The two guys on either side of me had the small Caesar salad for $13. and very little dressing. When the guy to my left asked for more, he was charged $1. My husband had the burger and fries which were cold. The burger was really good though. We waited 45 minutes for even the soup and salads to arrive.Then we waited and waited for our bills. The place is so noisy you're shouting at each other. Our server was very nice and heated up the french fries when asked.Overall, not a good experience and we won't be back.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that it was not the right choice for us. Despite this, we decided to proceed. After waiting for an hour, we finally received our drinks and waited a bit more for our appetizers, which were delicious. However, our main courses were disappointing. Three of us ordered the same dish, which turned out to be subpar. In hindsight, we should have sent it back and ordered something else, but we felt bad due to the waitress being overworked. We ended up spending two hours there and had to leave because the service was extremely slow. We expressed our dissatisfaction with the food to the waitress, who apologized sincerely. Nevertheless, it was disheartening to have paid so much for food that we did not enjoy. We have decided that we will not be returning to this restaurant again.

The "blattpfanne nachos" are loaded with cheese. The baked mac and cheese is creamy and served piping hot. The chicken avocado club sandwich is always a reliable option, packed with flavor.
