It's frustrating to see such poor service in a fast-food environment, where hospitality should be a priority rather than mistreatment of customers. I urge management to regularly monitor food safety and customer service, as they are impacting people's health and undermining the community's trust. After checking, I see numerous negative reviews for this KFC, largely due to the same issues. I can't understand why they would continue serving expired food. If I could, I would give this location a rating of below -1000 stars.

Has there been a change in ownership? This used to be my favorite KFC location, but after today's experience, I won't be returning.
