The woman who manages the restaurant is incredibly friendly. Although it's not a vegan establishment, she offered to modify dishes to make them vegan-friendly. She even recommended another vegan restaurant that she loves. This could become one of my new favorite spots!
A charming little café tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The owner, Karen, is a vegan who is incredibly friendly and will gladly whip up something off the menu if you ask. The staff absolutely adore dogs; there are nearly as many furry friends around as there are customers. The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is delicious—what more could you want?
This is the best café in Waterloo that is easy to make substitutions and create great food options that are vegan. Not quite veg/vg, but many plant mill options, and vegan treats. Could take some changes into account how to cook mushrooms in oil instead of butter, but this is only negative I found for this veg friendly place. Updated by previous review on 2021-01-23
