Woody's And Grille - Waterloo

I ordered filet Mignon and my husband ordered Prime Rib. We both ordered it medium well. His came out perfect, mine however came out well done and burnt.I informed the waitress when she came out and she said she noticed that. Yet, she still served it to me. I did eat a few bites of it because I thought maybe it would still be okay to eat. Nope!After she came back and took my plate she took it back to the kitchen, brought us our bill and said he agreed it was definitely burnt.So I paid $40 for 1/2 of a burnt filet Mignon.Sorry guys, not cool!Will not be visiting this establishment again.

Very good fresh food and exceptional service despite being short handed on staff. Hats off to the staff going the extra mile both in quality of food and hustle to get all guests served !Food: 4/5

In a Quality Inn which they don't tell you nor other Google reviews that led us there. Stark hotel looking place with zero atmosphere. Service was terrible, the host was clearing tables and pouring drinks (no bar tender? . After perusing a menu we grabbed we walked out so can't judge the food .Service: 2/5

Delicious meals prime rib cooked perfect, fried haddock, claims casino spot on. Rigatoni and baked potato also Delicious ? will be back ?Food: 5/5
