I get they might be short staffed but... read more I don’t know this lady’s name, but every time she is working, she is extremely rude. To everyone customers and coworkers. I get they might be short staffed but they don’t need to talk to people that way. Literally told a customer “I’m not a mind reader”. She doesn’t know customer service at all.
