The driver never arrived, so I was left waiting outside. He told his boss that no one answered the door, even though that wasn't true since he didn't even call. This experience has made me decide to no longer order from Pizza Hut at this location. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I was disappointed that my entire order was not delivered. I received the pizza and wings that I had ordered, but I also requested 2 bottles of Pepsi and only one was included in the delivery. The driver asked me if I wanted the second bottle and I said yes, but she never returned with it. This incident lowered my overall rating of the restaurant in my opinion. View all feedback.
There was hardly a torf and the pizza was borderline on undercooked. but my broth sticks were a believing that was not even cut, extremely dark on top and hardly done on the bottom.
The food was good it was hot when it got here and the driver was pleasant
Maybe when your customer orders a big dinner box with wings you should put a top on the wing Packaging it got all over the pizza in the breadsticks and ruined everything
Always fresh hot pizza made the way I order it their crew produce quality pizza always a happy customer
The only thing I can think of is pay closer attention to what the customer has ask to be done for contact less order.
