Pat's Pizzeria - Waterloo

No matter how good the food is if you can't get it for the game on Sunday! Probably the biggest pizza day of the week for many people. Update: The last time we ordered a pizza and the pizza was a bit dark. This time the cheese is basically black and it is actually crisp. I've never seen crispy cheese on a pizza. I had the pleasure of eating the worst slices so that the rest of my guests could have the less burned pieces. So embarrassing when you businesses and you spend money and time together a plan to be so disappointed. That after I had to pick it up when I wanted it earlier than one and a half hours. The only reason for 2 stars is the fries and fried dough. But it's a pizzeria. goes without saying more. What calls the store and gets a replacement should be the first time you pay for a pizza these days... just a Honest review. UPDATE: I apologise to buy them at 4 STARS, please, if you have your PIZZA leadership that it is FABULOUS. I don't know you didn't obey that you weren't good enough.

Absolutely terrible! We both ordered the Cavatappi Pasta with meatballs. The sauce was bitter, tasteless and was barely enough for the dough. The small meatballs were dry and overcooked. We also ordered a ?loaf? garlic bread for $4.50, which ended a very small under roll with garlic butter on it, cut into eight pieces- total tear. We'll never order from this place again. There are much better Italian restaurants and pizzerias nearby.

I called to make a pick-up order of a simple big cheese pizza and when I pick it up they lost my order and kept saying I didn't call until I recognized them proofs and that they messed up, then they started to make my pizza and I had to wait 15 minutes for the 20 minutes I had already expected to come home and saw them cut the slices into as many different sizes as a child. I called her quietly about the situation and they wanted to be rude and didn't want to give us any new pizza and then told us we had to wait 1 hour for a new one or we're going back there to change the pizza, tell us that we had to go back all the way to change the pizza. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this company and not recommend order from this place, they earn 0 stars not to mention their business inside is very dirty!!!!

We eat here once a week. Pizza and wings. It's great. But I don't care if the bone wings. You're going too hard on the sauce. Otherwise, AWESOME.

Ordered a pizza and 2lbs of wings. Picked up the order. Got home pizza was right, didn't get wings apparently someone else's order. Called, and I took the order back wait anoth 15 min. For the wings. Extra 10 miles round trip.
