I love going to the Hartwig's diner! The food is always very good, consistent and hot. I enjoy getting the prime rib omelet, homemade soup and also the huge pancakes, all of which are excellent! We always receive great customer service by the owner and enjoy seeing him when we go in for breakfast. I would highly recommend you checking this place out if your in or near the Waterloo area! Had Sunday morning breakfast after church. What an awesome treat!! Fresh bread bowl with eggs, meat, cheese, gravy. My hubby had a duck skillet, so good, the flavor was incredible! Highly recommend anything you may order here. So very, very good and everything homemade.
