Casey's
Description
A well-lit, roadside stop earns praise for cleanliness, cheerful staff and early-morning service, and for accommodating dietary needs (keto, vegetarian). However, customers report inconsistent pricing (charges for iced coffee), unexpected substitutions without consent, a heavy-handed rewards pitch, and uneven food quality. It's a convenient choice for travelers and shift workers who value fast, friendly service, but clearer pricing, substitution consent and gentler rewards practices are needed to ensure repeat visits.

The breakfast pizza topped with cheese and breakfast ingredients was fantastic, and the chicken bacon ranch was equally delicious!
They brought my order, but it wasn’t the store brand I expected, and I wasn’t consulted about the substitution. As a result, I ended up paying more for a different brand of the same item. It was a bit disappointing.
I attempted to order some food a little after midnight, but their system was "down" and they weren't accepting card payments. When I was asked why I didn’t have cash, the staff member came off as quite rude. Also, the fountain drinks were really unappetizing. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this place.
Once again, I've found a place I can no longer visit. I used to stop by in the mornings to pick up lunch for the day. However, I don't know what your policy is regarding employees asking customers about rewards, but it's starting to feel like harassment. Almost every day, I'm asked if I have rewards, and I’ve decided this will be my last visit. This morning, I was met with the comment, “UGH! I’ll wear you down one day!” simply because I said I didn’t have any rewards. Maybe I’m not interested in rewards; I just want to get my items and leave. This experience was the final straw for me.
