Burger King - Waterloo

Fast and friendly. I have everything in a train. I didn't have to come back because an article was forgotten.

Horrible service, unprofessional workers using foul language around customers and just overall a miserable experience. I will never go to this establishment located on Jefferson St in Waterloo IA again!

The cashier was throwing money back at the customer and verbally fighting with the customer. Manager didn't care and was just standing there. Walked out immediately to avoid conflict and food poisoning.

Oh my god clean up this place no bathroom cleaner or toilet paper food is questionable

I haven't had the best luck with fast food places in the past, even this location, but these last two visits to this location have been exceptionally good. The lady taking my order, Hellen, very kind, polite and friendly. She reminded me of a deal I forgot to take advantage of as well, shows me she's knowledgeable about her job as well order was done accurate both times (whoppers) and both times made proper, not a sloppy mess so props to the people making the orders as well, didn't get names because I was in the drive thru, also didn't take a picture because I already ate it haha.... Anyways overall experience with this location and staff especially Hellen was top notch I hope everyone else experiences the same!
