I have been placing orders for a few months now, around once a week at lunchtime, spending about $20 on a variety of items and different coupons. Occasionally, they include extra items with my order. The staff is consistently polite and professional, no matter who is serving. My orders are always accurate, and the portions are generous with fresh and delicious vegetables. Food is always hot and delicious. Ya know, if the food I actually ordered arrives. I dont think Ive placed one order from them in the last 6 months that has arrived 100% correct. We always have items missing entirely or the wrong items in our bags. Its a shame cause we love Arbys food but when 2/3 of it is missing/wrong, it gets to be a downer and makes us want to eat elsewhere. View all feedback.

Both of my sandwiches were made incorrectly, and they served me stale, old fried food.
The fish was dry and rubbery, but the Swiss French dip and classic roast with cheddar were delicious!
The top bun was burnt.
