Fusion Sakura (formerly Tsuki)

Excellent quality sushi at very reasonable price. Good choice of other Japanese dishes. We had the duck in Japanese curry and the beef tepan kimchi. Both were delicious but the beef was just extraordinary. Furthermore, the restaurant has very elegant setting and the staff is very friendly. It has become one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in and around Brussels. I can't wait to come back.

Nice setting (front terrasse), very nice and friendly service. The sushi was good but not amazing (there are other places in Waterloo that have better and more traditional quality). Some were a nice surprise, like the untraditional maki with fried calamari sprinkled on top.

Random discovery turned out to be a wonderful find! Incredibly friendly team making delicious food with gorgeous presentation! The soups are delicious and can be shared, and the rainbow salmon sushi was impossible to stop eating! We also shared a chicken teriyaki that was sweet and tender! Not enough good things to say!

It is very rare to find this kind of quality. Excellent service in a modern environment where you can enjoy both a more intimate lunch as a diner among friends. The food is top and served in a very neat way. It has been a privilege to spend an evening here...
