There is no reason not to eat at Triptyque. Well okay, if you don't like good food. Then just stay home. But we would prefer to eat at Triptyque every week. What great dishes. Enjoyed it immensely! Also recommended for carnivores (like us), because then you see that meat is not necessary to eat well. And if meat is served with one of the dishes, then that's great too. 10 out of 10. You should go! Service: Dine in

Nice meal. Very special as the chef creates well-known dishes based on special ingredients. For example, a tartare that really tastes like tartare, but made from carrot. Or a caramel pudding made from parsnips. Very special and handsome. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €100+ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Special experience. It's nice that well-known dishes are made with different ingredients. Nice extras in terms of preparing at the table or the game of tic tac toe. I wouldn't necessarily consider local wines. But all in all it was a lovely evening. Small point for improvement: we ate with a group of 6. Tables apparently took longer than anticipated, so the wait staff was already standing with their coats on. That was a bit of a downer. Definitely recommended!

Triptyque – A Beautiful Dining Experience with a Few Tips for First-Timers) Getting There Atmosphere We cycled from Rijswijk station ~20 mins). The entrance through an old-style chateau wooden door sets the tone — inside, the atmosphere is beautifully minimalistic, which keeps your focus right where it belongs: the food. Service Staff were polite, pleasant, and attentive. Wine was topped up on time, as was water. The sommelier explained each wine pairing briefly but informatively — a nice touch. The Food Wine We opted for the full Dutch wine pairing, which complemented the meal well. Highlights included: A cherry tomato dish — the gel made from tomato skin was a standout A salmon dish — incredibly soft, unlike anything we expected The full course is satisfying and filling, so pace yourself! First-Timer Tip – Know What's Included This is the most important thing to flag: not everything offered is part of the set menu price. The oysters with granita, dry white wine and Champagne options at the start, coffee/tea, and sweets at the end all came at additional cost. These were offered naturally during the meal, and it wasn't always clear upfront what was a paid extra. No regrets — but go in informed: ask the staff clearly what is and isn't included before you order. Overall A lovely evening with great food, good wine, and pleasant company — both ours and the staff's. Recommended, especially if it's your first Michelin-level experience. Just do your homework beforehand!

It is good but overprized compared to other 1 starred michellin restaurants I have been to. I 've had cheaper and better. The staff is nice except for the lady that manages wine. She was kinda rude. Overal I wouldn 't go back since it is the first time I didn 't feel welcome in a high end restaurant. if you disagree with someone 's opinion just present your logical argument back but don 't tell the customer he is a loser. That is just low class. I 've been to 2 star restaurant and the way they approach is to just stay calm and polite and just say I got no opinion on the matter while a bit boring it is still better than being insulted.
