What User doesn't like about Subway:
Once again, I placed an order online for pickup at this restaurant. However, when I finally sat down to eat two hours later, I realized that only the meat and bread in my sandwich were correct, while all the vegetables were the complete opposite of what I had chosen. This has happened about every third time I have ordered online, so I think I will have to stop using this option in the future. View all feedback.
Yay! I was so happy on my visit today when I spotted Jonathan at work behind the counter! He had always been so fantastic working over at the Sunoco Subway and hoped he was ok after the closing of that location. But he was at the Waterford location today and YAY! Jonathan really goes above and beyond in his interactions with customers...he is always SO polite and professional! He explained all the cleaning that is now in place. You can really tell that he likes working with people and that he is definitely going to go far! I will definitely be visiting more often since I really feel he does a great job at everything! I KNOW my food will be great and the service will be excellent if Jonathan is there! My favorite Subway guy EVER! (and no...I don't know him personally...I'm just really impressed by excellent customer service when I see it
I had a Sweet Teriyaki grinder. It was very delicious with enough meat and condiments.
Eating is delicious, but they tend to never ask the phone for any I have for them.
I was not able to order meatballs or parm at this restaurant, so I had to replace the ingredients and change my order. After finally receiving three subs, I was told that they do not accept coupons. When I asked if there could be a discount since the subs were already made, my boyfriend was told no. The staff was very disrespectful and even told us not to come back. I will not be returning to this restaurant, even if the food was free. I will only be going to the Subway on Coleman Street from now on.
I ordered a chicken sandwich through a mobile order, but unfortunately there was no chicken or toast on it. I tried calling the restaurant several times, but each time they would pick up and then hang up without saying anything. I even heard my own voice echoing on the phone, so I knew they could hear me. It was clear that they were ignoring me and pretending to answer before hanging up. I contacted customer support and requested a refund, but my request was ignored. Instead, I received a response stating that my experience did not meet their "strict standards."
