I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant thanks to the friendly and helpful person who took my order. She was one of the nicest food service workers I have ever encountered, and made my visit very enjoyable. Despite how busy it was, I received my food promptly. We visited this restaurant about a month ago and our order was completely wrong. I called and spoke to the manager who said we could return anytime for a correct order. When we went back last week, the manager was not there and we had to deal with a Hispanic male who claimed to be a manager but we were not convinced. The best of the world I die, and I want more and more?
Somebody needs to update these hours so folks don't waste their time driving to this restaraunt only to find it closed! I went there at 10:49 pm on a Tuesday night and nobody answered the drive thru or the phone when I called even though Google has this location open till 12am so please either update your hours or adhere to the ones stated.
Man, I love this place. Love making my almost daily ice cream runs here as a treat to myself.
Every time I come here I'm disappointed. I don't know why I come back. After waiting at the drive thru for way to long, my order was incorrect AGAIN, the fries were old and stale, and the soda was watery and tasteless. NEVER AGAIN.
The absolute worst customer service I’ve dealt with in history! And to top it off, the manager was rude and unprofessional. I had to call 15 times after the phone being picked up then hung up immediately to finally get in touch with someone. When I finally was able to speak to a manager to voice my complaint, she told me to take it up with whoever and hung up the phone on me!
