I have been a fan of Eddie's donuts and pastries since I was young, when Mr. Tony owned a store in St. Johnsbury. Paul has continued the tradition of serving delicious and mouth-watering treats that you would expect from a top-rated restaurant. Thank you for the amazing goodies, from simple donuts to the most elaborate pastries.

Yesterday, while on a hike, a fellow team member expressed a craving for a whoopie pie in our group chat. I happened to come across a nice selection at a store in Plainfield and decided to bring one along. After the hike, I received a rave review that I felt needed to be shared with you and your customers. The team member said, "You HAVE to tell me where that bakery is! I thoroughly enjoyed that treat as we were leaving the restaurant after the hike. The chocolate cake was decadent and moist, and it appeared to have homemade buttercream frosting. It was perfect." Keep up the great work, guys. While my grandma's whoopie pies will always hold a special place in my heart, it sounds like these may come in a close second!

Many people do not realize what makes a good donut until they have tried an exceptional one! Visit Eddie's and you will find out for yourself. I ordered my daughter's 2nd birthday cake from this bakery and picked it up at their farmhouse. The home was beautiful and the staff were friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience! 1987.

A great bakery with fabulous treats. I've had a variety of items from this bakery and every one of them was beyond my expectations. Maple donuts and all of the cream filled donuts are out of this world. Highly recommend!
