What Mellie Mann doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I mentioned that I was paying for the delivery, but it seemed to have no impact on him. The manager, who had blonde, shoulder-length hair, clearly doesn't understand proper retail and customer service. I've been a loyal customer of this Domino's for ten years and have never encountered such poor service before. Because of this incident, I will no longer be purchasing from or recommending Domino's.

After being disappointed by another dominos location to stand on a big order to feed my employees, the Waterford site has saved the day thanks to the efficient processing of my online order during a lunch break. the manager was very nice, but I felt bad for her that she was the only one that made the food. When I picked her up, she had another job to help her. she was also very apologetic that they were out of the pop for almost a month because they ordered problems. great service!
I am so sick of the excuse of being short staffed. Does that mean food quality goes out the window?
First time placing an order for pick up spoke with someone and she said they can’t deliver due to lack of staff. I’m like wait I said I will pick it up then she just hung up on me! What!!! Seriously? First time customer first impression BAD BAD customer service!! Never will I go back to get anything here!
These guys work so f*king hard, and always have my order 100% golden. no complaints at all, especially with how understaffed everyone is now.10/10 stars, and Zachary is amazing, super nice when I was in there a couple of weeks ago.
Tried to order online. Canceled my order after 15 mins. I called the store, no answer and it hung up on me. Tried once more cause I thought I might be a fluke, this order was canceled as well. Never had domino's before and I guess it wasn't meant to be.
