Doc's On The Fox - Waterford

Today, 03-30-18, at about 11:00, we went to Doc's for a lunch with family friends. In our group we had a young teenager who has autism. When I entered the restaurant, I asked the Lord in the host area whether he would be able to sit our little group in a quiet corner. This gentleman said not only that he would do that, but would put our group in the terrace where there would be less noise. He then arranged not only that, but also turned off the music in the terrace, the knowledge, the sound influences the with autism. What a wonderful, respectful Lord has to do all this. So appreciated!! Then, our server that was just as amazing (I don't remember her name, but she was top notch), put an order early for the son of our friend, while the rest of our group still looked over menus. This gesture allowed our friend's son to eat his meal still and visit the rest of our group. Oh, and everyone was thrilled with their choice of food! My young sons had chicken benches from the children's menu, definitely a winner!! Nothing like frozen chicken nuggets, they were delicious. Also the fish broth (baked) was nicely seasoned. I thank these two representatives of Doc's on the Fox. These are such gestures that made our lunch with friends more fun. Thank you from a customer who will definitely say that others will come to your operation!!!

Fabulous first experience. Fast service and spacious surroundings to eat with my family. My only regret is that I don't remember the name of our waiter. Taller Gentleman, with dark hair... by far the best waiter we had in a long time. Honestly and quickly with everything... we have with the manager/owner(??? about him. If all their servers are so fabulous, we will definitely be back!!!

I'm here several times and I picked up food to go a few times. I had great experiences every time. All the servers we had were fantastic. Tonight I just tried the buffalo chicken slaughter amd sweet potato fries, they were great. I also recommend a burger with bbq.sauce and coleslaw. I think they used to call it South Light Castles, but now they're building their own burgers if I'm not mistaken.

The staff was very friendly, drinks came fast and food was good and hot! Even at the weekend we sat fast. Very recommended!

We had a surprise birthday party here for my father in-law and it was great! The staff were amazing and the food/drinks were great as well. Five stars for the staff!
