It's like a Moe's for your ice cream. The options are endless. Coldstone is on our list to go to after Lent. We gave up dessert for 40 days and where do we want to go when we can eat ice cream.. Coldstone of course!The best so far has been the blueberry muffin batter ice cream and like all good things they come to an end. Although they always have options and you can concoct many different ways to satisfy your sweet tooth. I like they have a reward system and you can get a free ice cream on your birthday if you buy one. So yup I was there on my birthday week ...Pumpkin had arrived. Seriously nothing better. Many comparable but nothing better.Best thing is when a season flavor is over your onto the next flavor it's cherry vanilla yogurt..liked it so much I bought a quart for home. Never even realized its yogurt.. DeliciousSo this has never happened and im dumbfounded on it. Had gotten ice cream the other day. Had gotten a coupon from my rewards but didn't feel like using it at that time. So i saved it. Came in next time and gave it to my daughter to pay at register and I went to sit in the car with my ice cream. She comes to the car saying the girl would not let her use the coupon and confiscated it. I asked why? She said the girl was questioning her. Where did you get this coupon? Who's coupon is it? Of course my daughter doesn't know these answers. So I went into the place to inquire what is the issue. Its a five dollars coupon I got from coldstone. Im not making these things at home. I asked why she gave my daughter an issue over a coupon that says coldstone and clearly has my rewards number on it. Just petty to me. So now you can't seem to use a coupon given to you at Coldstone on Coldstone ice cream. For someone who frequently goes to this place and spends alot of money here, the pettiness is disappointing.

I would generally give 5 but the last time we went I saw a new flavor and wanted to taste it. I was told rudely that they don't allow that right now (other places do, you throw away the tasting spoon). So I got something I was familiar with instead. But while we were checking out the same staff member have a sample to someone else over the counter, and was chatting like she knew them. Favoritism is absolutely not okay.

Is good like really good the ice cream flavors are very good

Went to the Waterford Connecticut Cold Stone Creamery and bought $42 worth of ice cream cupcakes for a party. When I went to pay the cashier she refused to take my $50 bill stating the owner refuses to accept anything larger than a $20 bill. US currency is imprinted with the words This note is legal tender for all debts, public and private The manager stated that the US Govertment allows them to decide what denominations they can accept or refuse. You would think for a sale of that amount the manager would accommodate the customer instead of telling me to look it up on the Government web site. Poor people skills for a manager. Pretty sad when a business won't take your money. Last time I will patronize this store. They aren't the only store that offers ice cream cupcakes. Maybe if enough people shop elsewhere they will change their policy. What is America coming to.
