Pizza Hut Waterford West

I ordered a veggie pizza, and there was a piece of meat on it. Additionally, the customer service was terrible; the employees ignored me.

I ordered a vegetarian pizza last night, but they mistakenly served me a meat pizza instead. The staff was unhelpful and argumentative when I brought it to their attention. I would not recommend this restaurant to most people due to the poor service.

Poor effort from the staff! I was just hung up on after being lied to. Ordered around 8pm on a Friday night. Call at 9.06, telepromter says my order is dye to arrive at 9.05 talk to staff she talks to other staff who I can hear say its not even in yet then continues to try and tell me that my order is in the oven and will be a minimum of 30 minutes before I receive it 2.7km away. Pathetic performance. When asked how they think this is reasonable they had no excuse and when I said my kids have to wait until almost 10 pm for dinner and that it's not good enough she hung up. Not once did I raise my voice or did she offer a refund. Will stick to dominos from now on. Rude rude rude. Maybe sone customer service training is needed!

These guys have the best pizza hut pizza! We order every week and we can't complain about the service they are awesome! Thanks for looking after your customers all of the time, you guys never dissapoint! We will always use waterford pizza hut as our go to pizza store. We have just put our order in for this week and we can't wait to get it, yummo! Cheers legends!
