Terrible steak and cheese sandwich. it was just broth and cheese. there was no meat at all. money with baseball cap was rude and talked to us. sandwich was finished with less than a minute. the price is not worth at all. never again.

Come here if you want to make sandwiches in advance! I usually love panera, but this one is not. I never knew that a sandwich could be both soggy and stale at the same time. it was ice cold and had one sitting in the refrigerator. I took a bite and could not eat the rest.

I have been to this location many times. This place is horrible. Multiple times I never received my food. I've waited for 25 minutes to get my food. I've emailed panera asking for my money back because I never received my order. They are rude. It takes 30 days to get a refund. This has happened to me twice. Never received my refunds. My orders are never there. I ask the employees and they ignore you. You don't get your panera rewards even when you give them your information. Never went back to this location.
