Stayed here for weeks years ago. We were on a buisness trip and the staff were unbelievable. Always looking after us if we had any issues during our lengthy stay. Staff were great every day. Food was always enjoyable. A great location and Waterford its is a brilliant place to visit, with the town situated perfectly. Thanks View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Tower Leisure Centre:
Rooms: decent room. 1950 Bathroom furnishings: decent. Best at Waterford though Food: It is absolutely LOL Drinks: Day 1 was excellent, Day 2 was a kindergarten girl who makes cocktails. Room key cards don't work. Had to stay at 4 times in two nights. View all feedback.
Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly and professional in their work. Only down was the hotel was full, so dinner service was a bit slow. One of the staff taking dinner orders and some of the orders were wrong, but quickly rectified.
Bar and Restaurant staff were very helpful and accommodating as always. Reception seemed understaffed and overwrought. Although I didn't stop for food on this occasion, have always found the food excellent.
Stayed only one night. Staff are Brilliant. Room was ok. For a 4 star hotel maybe they should have pod coffee machines in rooms only reason for 4 out of 5. Otherwise everyrhing else was brilliant. Beautiful Breakfast and Breakfast staff were really attentive.
Really enjoyed the place. Great bar food. Nice pool. Bathrooms in rooms small other than that v,good. Staff deserve a mention. Really nice and friendly.
The restaurant is perfectly situated with a attentive staff and excellent cleanliness standards. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
