I like this place. Simple as. There is a lift, for senior citizens or wheelchair access, staff is sound, huge parking nearby. Place is clean. Maybe could use better sound but BUT for ticket fair deal to me. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Odeon Waterford:
Odeon is a cinema far outclassed by the vastly superior Omniplex. The place is far less comfortable and for the same price as Omniplex they provide a far worse viewing experience. Honestly, just go to Omniplex unless the timings don't suit. Other than that, it's okay. Smelled like vomit when I went last, but overall the food quality, staff and seats are good. You can notice some wear and tear in the building but we love going to the cinema and we has always being loyal to Odeon so we don't really mind that much.Times have been though for everyone e including cinemas... Plus the staff are always friendly and helpful so 5 stars for the overall experience and 4 stars for the building.
Was an early show. Place to myself. Fresh popcorn. Nice staff. Some seats need replacing. Screen 4.
Very helpful and attentive staff. Visited with lady in wheelchair and gentleman was spot on.
Good screen. Good seats. Great sound system. Good customer service. Nice clean toilets. Parking facilities available.
