Domino's Pizza - Waterford

Very fast service beautiful pizza and garlic bread. friendly staff in waterford.

They often tend to put too much sauce on pizza and not always notice changes to pizza

I waited for a pizza that never came for hours, and I called after an hour since the tracker said that my order left half an hour ago. a rude woman on the phone said to wait what I did. After another hour I called again and the manager on the phone told me my order never went through. I had an order number and everything, and he said they had a system error. could not give me an excuse or a voucher for my next order. I asked for a full refund he agreed to. I have placed my order in november and have not seen a euro since. I have contacted the customer service of domino several times, but never got a reply. thank you for taking my money and for not letting me wait hours for nothing! And don't trust the tracker because it's a order that doesn't seem to exist.

My last commands from dominos were my worst experiences. tonight waited for an hour for my order of delivered. When I asked for the stay of my pizza, I was told it was gone. when I checked the app, it seemed that the driver was at the wrong place, they did not ring or contacted me to say something. they sat outside for minutes. it was freezing. last week I ordered an article and received the pepperoni version, I have a paprika allergy, this was never something I specified, as I never order anything with pfefferoni. the product had the sticker of the name which I ordered, it was only for them seemed to have another texture that I did not notice. when I called to talk to someone about it, my opinions were sent to me or my next order. my order was about hours ago at the end we just collected them in the load.
