What Riley Francella doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
They are very fast and usually friendly. Although I see the reason they are fast is because they cut corners. I ordered a sausage farmers wrap no sauce. I got the wrap and it had sauce and it was barely grilled and parts of it were cold to the touch. I know that you want to be fast but you shouldn't be getting orders wrong just to get drive through times. I would have gone back but I was already gone before I noticed View all feedback.
I visited the restaurant to pick someone up, but I also took a look around inside and drove through their driveway. The staff was very efficient and polite.
Consistently, the Waterford Tim Hortons delivers exceptional service and top-notch quality!

The best part is that they got the order right! They just need to remember to label the farmer wraps (there are tabs on the boxes).
I was on a bike trail from Brantford and decided to stop in for a snack and coffee!
