We were a party of three. We were greeted by the owner, who cited in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner. The prime rib, fillet, and New York steak were perfectly done, accompanied by delicious roast vegetables (asparagus, carrots, red and green peppers) and a choice of potatoes. Staff are nice, but food was underwhelming. Seafood items were incredibly chewy, and everything else seemed too heavily salted. We expected much more based on other reviews and the reputation. Hopefully, they just had a bad evening. We didn't complain as we understand things don't always go perfectly, but we likely won't return for fear of a repeat evening. View all feedback.
The food is very tasty and delicious. Great customer service. They went above and beyond. They’re very kind and caring. Will definitely be coming back.

My wife and I have been coming to this place for years since we are both from Waterdown and the food and service has always been amazing. Quality food and fair prices. Met with the owner Peter today at our table who served us himself and I can't say enough good things about this man and his family. You are a very generous and courtesy kind family that truly cares about their customers. We highly recommend The Lord Byron for any regular or special events. Thank you for making my 60th birthday a memorable one my friend. Food, Service, the ambience was all amazing.I went with my girlfriend, brother and his wife for my birthday and everything was perfect. We ordered the table side Caesar salad and I had the Peppercorn Top Sirloin Steak, garlic mashed potato's and roasted veggies with an old fashion to drink...it was all amazing.Our waitress Amber gave us one of the best customer service experiences we ever had.
As first time customers we were quite happy with the service, food and atmosphere. Lovely place we will return, the waitress was very good, professional yet friendly, the owner was very approachable and caring.
