The food is absolutely delicious and the service is exceptional! The new woman at the front who takes orders is incredibly kind and has excellent customer service skills, which is a nice change from the previous lady who worked there. We place our orders every week!
The recent renovations have made a significant improvement to the atmosphere of this takeout restaurant! We had a great dining experience with the family last night, and I would rate it 4.5 out of 5 stars! We ordered 6 trays of food and 5 sodas, and everything arrived fairly quickly. A big thank you to the chefs!
Ive been a customer for almost 3 yrs.. Order atleast once a week consistantly and one time i had an emergency recently and wasnt able to accept the delivery and the food took longer than 115 minutes now im black balled from gettin any delivery.. Wow nice to know thats how Sun Hing treats their customers...then they force you to tip automatically for a debit/credit card purchase on top of a card service charge...
I love their food but who do I have to blow to put forks in the bag? They never put forks or spoons in the bag... I pay over $50 per order and still no forks.... like who said I wanted to wash dishes? Put forks with every order!
I order the same thing at least once a week and I just noticed that I'm charged different prices for the same thing, also they give you 5 pieces of shrimp little rice that they hide with the meat.
