I give 5 stars as we made our order, no extra hidden costs, and we got our pizza in about 5-10 minutes. It is easy to miss from the road if you are not familiar with the location as Google Maps us at the place over 100 yards. Pizza was just as I remember when I was a kid, but much smaller than before, but times change. We won't take off any stars. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza:
They're alright. I enjoy their pizza and the ease of ordering online. However the last time I ordered they we're late on delivering my pizza saying something went wrong with their oven and that they we're doing my order now despite that their tracker online saying it was delivered. Needless to say pizza was fine, the popcorn chicken wasn't very good , I dunno it didn't taste like how I remembered. this isnt my first... View all feedback.

AMAZING food. Loved every bite. The delivery time was okay. Service was also fabulous. I would definitely recommend and eat there again. Best pizza place in Waterbury
Great Pizza!!! Live on other side of waterbury and didn't think they delivered, but they do! The cashier recommended online ordering since all of waterbury is included! Very, very convenient!

They forgot or screw everything I order, food delivered HOT and within the timely way, excellent service!!! ignore the very bad comments they dont cook w pound fat and the dough is fresh made not frozen ice pucks like pizza hut!
