Hindsight Bbq - Waterbury

Excellent and tasty bbq pulled pork sandwiches. Reminded me of authentic texas bbq. I would recommend. Worth the trip bit check the menu as it is a little pricey but to be expected with smoked meats.

Absolutely amazing, start to finish. From walking in the door, the whole staff was fantastic! This means a lot to me and shows that they enjoy being there and are well taken care of. Friendly, smiling, helpful A+ on the staff, truly. Of course the mostimportant thing the food. We eat A Lot of BBQ and make it a point to find and try local places anywhere we go. We all agreedthat everything we had there was incredible. Wings, ribs, brisket, pulled pork, Mac and cheese, a steak burrito, all the sides.Everything was delicious. Great smoke flavor, bark on the brisket was perfect. Really, we all couldn?t believe we haven?t beenhere before and it?s now for sure in our top 5 bbq spots, and alt the top of that list even. Great job all around Hindsight!We?ll be back!!

WOW!!! The BEST BBQ I've had in years. Me and my lovely wife went for the first time and were not disappointed. Great people, great food. And best of all, close to the house. We will definitely become regulars.Parking: Ample parking.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options for the kids.

We ordered a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving. Amazing. Flavor was incredible (as I would expect from them), picked it up this morning (along with a pint of their gravy and an apple pie), kept it warm in my oven for about an hour before guests showed up. Stayed moist, tasted great. Will def be ordering again next year!

We visited hindsight bbq on a Saturday night for a family member send off.We had a few questions before ordering to get a clearer understanding of the menu.We ordered, brisket with mashed potatoes and gravy, pork belly with ribs, Mac and cheese, baked beans and cole slaw. An order of smoked sausage, spinach and cheese and a few sodas. Also an order of brisket empanadas.We ordered in front and sat in the back to wait for the food. Everything came on one platter which was not okay for us. One person does not eat pork and has to fish around to pork to try and enjoy the brisket.The empanadas were soggy and the meat didn’t really resemble the brisket in the plate and was very mushy.The coleslaw was a bit bland as well as the mash potatoes which has a sour taste.The smoked meats were good, along with the bbq sauce. I enjoyed the baked beans the most of all the sides.There was ample seating both inside and outside with a wide drink selection.For about $100, three adults and a child has their bellies filled.Parking: Parking on site
