I'm back for another visit since I recently moved, and I've been craving Rosa's for weeks. Today felt like a true déjà vu experience. The food and staff are exceptional. What Max The Expert doesn't like about Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory:
The restaurant has a great atmosphere and an appealing look, but the prices are too high for the quality of the food. A simple deduction of $2 or $3 per meal could make a significant difference and improve overall reviews. I would recommend trying another Mexican restaurant for your money. Rosa's has great homemade tortillas and their taco Tuesday taco plates are awesome to feed a whole family. Service is super fast. The food is good quality and big portions. Kid-friendliness: Our kids love the food and beg to go.
I remember coming here 15 years ago with my children when they were small. Food is still great! Clean and very inviting!
They got my order wrong and it was completely cold except the rice. Didn’t check it till I got home. Very disappointing.
The food is excellent and consistently high in quality, while the service is outstanding. I really enjoy the ambiance; the decor is wonderful.
