Overall I've had a good experience, but as I've been in the area all these years, I've noticed something common at DFW Panera locations that Panera still hasn't addressed. There's an older man who claims to be a deaf veteran who walks up to tables handing out cards that SMILE! and ask for money. He hands out the cards and then stands there awkwardly until you give him money or not. He was there on Saturday 2-24 around lunchtime. Please address this man who has been panhandling in Panera locations since at least 2005 I think.
