Chili's Grill - Watauga

For some reason in recent years the chilis experience is diminishing. The quality of food is inconsistent and the cleanliness of the restaurant is hit or miss too. We ordered our regular Cajun Chicken Pasta today and decided to get it to go. Got home and it barely had sauce on either entree. Almost noodles and chicken only. And for how much they charge now, needless to say it might be one of our last times visiting this location.

Absolute garbage experience. they brought out the wrong burger i ordered, then when i asked them to check if it was the right burger, the small asian woman holding the burger TOUCHED IT with her bare hands? she proceeded to ask “do you care if i touch it?” YES?also waited ages to receive our food and our checks were ALL wrong.i will say, our waitress was a kind Ukrainian woman who i have no complaints about. my complaints are with the kitchen staff that brought out the food.

This Chili's is preferred to one closer as it seems to have a more attentive staff. There was another table that was seated after mine was served quicker. Not sure why. All items ordered came out hot. I ordered the Margarita Chicken. Very good. And, as usual, a bowl of chips salsa was devoured. The restaurant appeared clean. Would recommend.

Just ran in for some to-go quesadillas and nachos. All was well.

Great food served by friendly people in a cozy atmosphere. Wonderful. 4 stars on atmosphere cuz the bathroom wasn’t great. Our server and our meal were fantastic though.
