We were at the hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms had to be renovated at least 10 years ago. The decor is multicolored and you feel more like Grandma than in a hotel. It must be positive that everything was clean. In the bathroom, however, there was only one lamp above the sink, which ensured that it was very dark. All in all, we wouldn't book the hotel again. Travels in Germany for the business, we found this restaurant only by chance: it was quite late for local standards, and dark and rainy and windy, and that was the only place we found open yet. what an unexpected surprise! we followed the suggestion of the chef and had a very good dinner with traditional food. one of the most delicate and tasty pork I ever had, with a side of sweet and knoedel, and a good dark beer on all. we really appreciated the art of meisterkoch andre, and when we come back to this part of Germany. Now, now we know where to eat!
Betritt man das Restaurant darf man keine helle Gemütlichkeit erwarten. Innen ist es eher düster und auch die Zusammenstellung des Interieurs ist eher altbacken. Ich komme hier wegen des Essens her. André Sroka, der Hausherr, wirbt mit der Bezeichnung Meisterkoch. Und ja, er ist ein Meister der deftigen Küche. Hier gibt es Rouladen mit feiner Soße, herzhafte Wildgerichte und vieles mehr. Tütensoße? Nein, der Meister kocht selbst und er kann es. Der Geschmack der Speisen ist lecker, die Qualität des Fleisches gut und es gibt hervorragende Klöße. So kochte meine Oma! Ich persönlich könnte mir vorstellen, dass das Ambiente sich leider auf die Besucherzahlen auswirkt. Zu Unrecht, denn das Essen ist etwas Besonderes!
Gute Küche, gemütliches Ambiente, freundliche Inhaber.Von der Zubereitung und der Qualität der Wildgerichte kann man nur schwärmen.

Incredibly delicious food, which is prepared lovingly and very lively. The host does not promise too much, he is really a master chef! Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5.
