It sits just below a brick fortification tower, on a hill above the pretty town of Wassenberg. The hotel parking lot is tidy and only a few meters from the hotel’s main entrance, and it has four electric vehicle charging stations. With several separate common areas, including the inside restaurant, outside patio spaces, sitting areas and a meeting room, the hotel would be great for small business conferences or private reception events. Walking paths lead from the hotel down into the town not far from more scenic walking paths past a town water feature and parks.

Been there for coffee drink. Operation very friendly. Come back, but dinner. Ambience is very cozy and noble.

Tastefully I lacked so... read more Beautiful ambience with nice views over Wassenberg. The first appetizer Bruchetta was very large with lush rucola and cold tomato pieces. Tastefully I lacked some pepper and salt, yet nicely crispy bread. Bread was served with herbal yogurt butter. Which we had eaten directly to the Bruchetta. After that, a minestrone was unfortunately then served without bread and for that something too much pepper for my taste. But apart from that, fresh and good. The main gang of pigs was okay. The sauce and the meat were not bad, but unfortunately nothing special. Personally, I missed some taste. Dessert was fruit yoghurt frozen with red hat. The whole food is absolutely fresh and sufficiently large portioned.
