A full salad, with salmon, magret and a cute net smoked by the chef. And especially the exceptional duck foie gras: mellow texture and flavored with an anise tip. He's one of the best I could taste. For dessert: whipped cream is particularly successful. View all feedback.
What oralsf doesn't like about Au Saumon:
Restaurant where we often eat: very good, nothing to say about food, but service is endlessly long. Example: 01h20 waiting for the meal, much too long, and this is not the first time. It's a shame because once again, it's very good. But we think we're not going back because the service is very slow. View all feedback.

An excellent restaurant, warm, welcoming, with a small menu but with homemade dishes. The staff is really charming. next to marlenheim, on the road to saverne on the wine road.
