I recommend trying it with the Cajun coating—it adds a just-right hint of spice for that distinct Cajun flair. For a roadside eatery, I give it a five out of five.

I recently enjoyed my first sit-down meal in three months at Jim's BBQ, and the food was incredible! I just wish it were located closer to Longview!
