The wings were ti... read more This restaurant was a disappointment. I don't usually mind paying a higher price for good quality wings, but what I received was not worth it. The wings were tiny and subpar, but the fries were enjoyable. I will not be returning to this restaurant. It is a shame because the ones in the lower 48 states were much better. The service was also quite slow, but it wasn't a major issue.

During my last visit, there was... read more Today, Melanie was incredibly friendly to my daughter while we waited, which made our dinner experience so much more enjoyable. During my last visit, there was a guy in the back named John F who really impressed me. He was fantastic at helping the new girl in the front, quickly getting food out and efficiently taking care of things. I meant to leave a review that day to call him a "wing ninja!"

I suspect it was due to the inexperienced staff, as the cashier appeared to have some difficulty with the cash register. He took about 10 minutes to get it sorted out, but it wasn't a significant issue. The chicken dish was as delicious as ever.

I always order the same thing: the ten-piece meal with buffalo and garlic parmesan wings. During my last visit, the buffalo wings were fine, but they didn't add any garlic seasoning to the others. I decided to give it another try and specifically asked them to coat the wings in garlic seasoning. However, when I received my order, they completely drowned the buffalo wings in an excessive amount of sauce. As for the garlic parmesan wings, which are usually a dry rub, they slathered them in butter and still hardly added any seasoning. It was really unappetizing, and I won't be ordering from them again.
