Wendy's - Wasilla

The drive thru wasn't even long and they closed at 1am. I was in the like with 5 vehicles in front of me and had arrived in the line approximately 11:25 and by the time I got to be able to order, I was told flat out that they're closed and it was only 12am!! I could not believe I had sat in that line for nearly 30 mins just to be sent away empty handed and with gas prices as high as they've been here recently, I truly think they should have had someone walk outside to tell the customers in the drive thru line that they had already closed before they continued to allow us to wait for absolutely no reason other than the employees' pure laziness!!!

Best Wendy's experience in a very long time. Although my sandwich was heavy on ketchup and Mayo, the pimples were perfectly distributed and the patties were still hot! This review lets me go back now. even the Pommes were on the point with Saltiness and heat.

This place has gone downhill. Understaffed. Very long wait to place order with only two people in front of us in line. Floor is very dirty and it’s cold in the restaurant.It seems that they’re interested in drive-thru and Door Dash orders over dine-in customers. Once the long wait to order was over we got our food fairly quickly and it was hot and fresh.

Definitely over worked but they often miss and mess up items ordered. Also never go inside or else they will make you wait an hour to order then take another 30min to get your food because they only prioritize drive threw costumers. Only reason I gave two stars is that they didn't have a bad attitude while providing terrible service.

EDIT: 25 MIN WAITING FOR DRIVE THROUGH. We tried to call the store. No answer. Paid 20$ and left with zero food 30 min later. Very slow. Nothing that was ordered was 'prepped '. We waited in the parking lot for 12 min waiting on our 'fast food '. We had a similar experience about 3 weeks ago. This Wendy 's has taken a bad turn. This is our last visit to this store.
