Mcdonald's - Wasilla

Really disappointing McDonald’s they have advertisements pictures and videos showing egg muffin sandwich. But come to find out the owner does not sell bacon or ham. Which means they don’t sell egg muffin sandwiches, Don’t advertise something in your restaurant if you don’t have it! I guess the owner of this McDonald’s doesn’t have to follow McDonald’s company policy of selling all items. Not only that but the female manager was pretty rude. I will not be returning back to that McDonald’s I would give them zero stars

Worst customer service ever. mcflurry felt on my knee and the lady didnt bother to offer napkins, forgot my bbq sauce for the second time. big fast food chains dont care vs. small business work very hard to bring best customer service.

Great location. Get food while you shop or take a break while shopping. Usually clean and not too full. The ice machine breaks the other McDonalds less often. It is located next to the entrance, which makes it a good area for people to observe.

Whoever is the older female manager must give her an increase and a week holiday. It leads this place in the middle of the lunch break with a bunch of fresh children from high school who have the ambition of a rock and move so fast. Seriously, this place would fail without it running.

Kept clean and staff was very friendly. I recommend this place. I really miss dining in tho. I just had to sit in my car to eat my lunch.
